Good morning, teachers and dear classmates!

My name is Li Hua. I am a student in Grade 3. Today I want to share with you something about my favorite subject—English.

I like English because it is fun and interesting. When I speak English, I feel happy and confident. I can say "hello", "thank you" and "goodbye". I also enjoy listening to English songs and watching English cartoons. They help me learn new words and improve my speaking skills.

In class, I always try my best to answer the teacher’s questions. Sometimes I make mistakes, but I don’t give up. I believe that practice makes perfect. With the help of my teacher and my friends, I am getting better and better at English.

I think learning a foreign language is like opening a new window to the world. Through English, I can know more about other countries and meet new people. I hope one day I can travel to England and speak English with the local people.

In conclusion, English is not only a subject, but also a way to connect with others. I will keep studying hard and never stop learning.
